Three operations in Central Queensland producing hard coking and PCI coal for blast furnaces across Asia. Owner-operator since 2004. No layers, no hand-offs — you deal with the people running the pit.
Ironbark Resources holds and operates three metallurgical coal tenements between Moranbah and Blackwater. We plan the mine, run the fleet, wash the product and manage our own rail and port allocation — the whole chain sits under one management team in Mackay.
That matters when you’re committing to a supply agreement, a joint venture, or a multi-year contract. Decisions about production, blending and scheduling are made by people you can get on the phone, not a head office in another hemisphere.
Open-cut truck and shovel, 18 km north-west of Moranbah. Hard coking coal, 5.1 Mtpa ROM through an on-site CHPP.
